1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sangaas ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Sangaas Technologies Private Limited, including our website at sangaas.com and all related services ("Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Sangaas helps business leaders discover, scope, and deploy AI Employees: AI systems built to perform one specific job in your business. Our Services include:

• A free AI Employee Success Rate Score based on the job you describe
• An AI Employee Roles & Responsibilities Job Requirements document, tailored to your specific situation
• A live AI Employee Demo of the job performed on sample data
• An AI Employee Accountability, Data Policy & Governance document
• An AI Employee Strategic Implementation Document, yours to keep
• Live 1-1 sessions with a Sangaas industry expert to implement your plan, booked one at a time as you progress
• Email support from our team throughout your engagement
• An optional Custom Implementation engagement, where we build, deploy, and manage the AI Employee for you, available as a separate, project-based engagement after your Consultation

3. Pricing and Payment

Our Services are priced on a per work challenge basis. Each work challenge you submit is treated as a separate engagement.

• The free tier (AI Employee Success Rate Score) is available at no cost and requires no payment details.
• The paid tier (Consultation, covering your Strategic Implementation Document and expert sessions) is charged per work challenge at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your card details.
• Promotional pricing is time-limited and may expire without notice.
• Custom Implementation is quoted individually after your Consultation and is governed by its own project agreement issued at the time of quote, not by the per-work-challenge pricing above.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details on eligibility, non-refundable situations, and how to request a refund.

5. Expert Sessions

Live 1-1 expert sessions are subject to the following conditions:

• The number of sessions included depends on your plan. Sessions are booked one at a time: you can only book your next session once the one before it is complete.
• Sessions are conducted over Zoom. A meeting link is generated automatically as soon as you book a slot.
• If you miss a scheduled session or need to reschedule one that's already booked, contact us at support@sangaas.com and we'll get you rebooked.
• Email support is available throughout your engagement, not just once your sessions are used up.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your role, sector, and work challenges.
• Use the Services only for lawful professional purposes.
• Not share, resell, or distribute the implementation guide or any content delivered to you.
• Not misuse or abuse access to expert sessions or support channels.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through Sangaas, including implementation guides, action plans, AI-generated workflows, and expert session materials, is the intellectual property of Sangaas Technologies Private Limited.

Upon purchase, you are granted a licence to use the delivered content within your own business, including sharing it with your own employees, contractors, or engineers for the purpose of implementing it. This licence is non-transferable outside your organisation. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for any other party without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sangaas Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
