By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Sangaas is an AI workflow discovery and implementation platform that helps working professionals integrate AI into their daily work. Our Services include:

• A free personalised AI action plan based on your role and work challenges
• A step-by-step AI workflow implementation guide tailored to your specific situation
• Live 1-1 meetings with Sangaas Experts for implementation support (valid for 30 days from purchase)
• Priority WhatsApp chat support with your assigned Expert after the 30-day meeting period

3. Pricing and Payment

Our Services are priced on a per work challenge basis. Each work challenge you submit is treated as a separate engagement.

• The free tier (AI action plan) is available at no cost and requires no payment details.
• The paid tier (implementation guide + expert support) is charged per work challenge at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your card details.
• Promotional pricing is time-limited and may expire without notice.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details on eligibility, non-refundable situations, and how to request a refund.

5. Expert Sessions

Live 1-1 expert sessions are subject to the following conditions:

• Sessions must be scheduled and completed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Unused sessions after 30 days will expire and are non-refundable.
• Sessions are conducted via video call on a mutually agreed platform.
• You must provide reasonable notice (minimum 24 hours) to reschedule a session.
• Priority WhatsApp chat support continues to be available after the 30-day session period.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your role, sector, and work challenges.
• Use the Services only for lawful professional purposes.
• Not share, resell, or distribute the implementation guide or any content delivered to you.
• Not misuse or abuse access to expert sessions or WhatsApp support.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through Sangaas — including implementation guides, action plans, AI-generated workflows, and expert session materials — is the intellectual property of Sangaas Technologies Private Limited.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the delivered content for your own professional development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sangaas Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
