Company data never needs to enter Sangaas
Sangaas teaches professionals the method of working with AI — never using their employer's data. This page explains exactly what we collect, what we never collect, and how our coaching is designed so there is nothing to leak. If a manager or IT team sent you here from an achievement record, this is the 60-second answer.
What Sangaas collects
Job role and industry — e.g. "accounts associate, accounting services" — so guidance is role-specific.
A task description — e.g. "monthly client reconciliation report" — the shape of the task, never its contents.
AI familiarity level — so the guide matches the person’s starting point.
Name, email, and phone — for the account and session scheduling.
What Sangaas never collects
Company files, documents, or spreadsheets
Customer or client data of any kind
Credentials, logins, or access to company systems
Screen recordings or file uploads from coaching sessions
How this is enforced by design
- Describe, don't paste. Professionals are instructed to describe their task — never to paste real data — and the challenge form warns when input looks like real data (email addresses, phone numbers, tabular records).
- Sample data only in sessions. Our experts never ask for real company files. Live demonstrations run on dummy or anonymised sample data.
- Employer-approved tools for real work. Every implementation guide instructs the professional to apply the workflow with real data only inside tools their employer already sanctions. Sangaas teaches the method; the real data only ever touches the employer's own environment.
About achievement records
An AI Achievement Record documents a workflow a professional built and demonstrated live to an AI expert — on sample data, in a 1-1 review session. Time figures on a record are reported by the professional and checked for consistency with the workflow demonstrated. A record is private by default and becomes publicly viewable only when the professional chooses to share it.
